*With nearly 40 years of experience in fitness and dance instruction, I began teaching International Standard Dances in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2023. During this time, I returned to Hong Kong annually to pursue professional advancement with IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) — progressing from Pre-Associate to Fellow certification, completing all examinations in Latin, Ballroom, Freestyle, and Line Dance.*
